The specific breeder and formal parent cross are not publicly documented; the strain circulates cultivator-to-cultivator through spore trading networks. The Blue Voodoo name references the strain’s dramatic bruising pattern — visible evidence of elevated psilocin content and a signature trait it shares with other Blue-family strains like Bluey Vuitton and Blue Storm.
Fruits are medium-to-large with dense, chocolate-brown caps and proportional stems. The signature trait is aggressive blue bruising — handling produces visible deep-blue streaks within minutes, comparable in intensity to Blue Storm and approaching the Bluey Vuitton reference point. Caps are typically rounded with a mild umbo; density and dry weight are above baseline cubensis, which factors into the potency-per-gram profile.
